UDDI to EDGAR Gateway

Given:

EDGAR supports "search URL" interface (see Example below)
UDDI/GILS Gateway is in early prototype
Semantic crosswalk of UDDI/GILS/EDGAR

Plan: Build a UDDI/EDGAR Gateway by first constructing a GILS/EDGAR Gateway and connecting it with the UDDI/GILS Gateway. (Note: A requirement of the UDDI/EDGAR Gateway is to maintain cross-referencing between EDGAR "search URL's" and UDDI businessKey's. This cross-reference function is designed into the UDDI/GILS Gateway.)
